I build from inside the operation.

I know the recurring reports, handoffs, chasing and fragile spreadsheets because I have operated through them. My companies are where I test what deserves to become part of the way work gets done.

That means starting with a real bottleneck rather than a software list. Some changes work. Some get removed. The useful part is learning from both before bringing the approach to another founder's operation.

I run each diagnostic myself. I will also say when the problem should be fixed without AI, because automating a poor process only makes the poor process move faster.
